FK Machinery, Barrie - 5,000sf addition to existing warehouse.

Work included supply and installation of abuse-resistant gypsum board to exterior walls.

Dollar Tree, Bracebridge - Complete interior finishing of 8,500sf retail space.

Work included steel stud framing, gypsum board assemblies and suspended acoustical ceilings.
MKG Contracting also managed the completion of the concrete slab and the aluminum/glass entry vestibule.

Scotiabank, Barrie - Interior renovation of an existing 4,500sf bank.

Work was completed during nights and weekends to replace all interior steel stud partitions, gypsum board assemblies and suspended acoustical ceilings. The work site was cleaned and restored to occupied condition at the end of each shift so that the bank could continue to operate as usual during construction.
